This boys only training program is for 12U (2006) and 13U (2205) age groups. Participants will receive training in all the basic volleyball skills (passing, setting, hitting and serving) and learn footwork and movement patterns. A lighter ball and a modified game format will used to provide maximum opportunities to practice these skills and prepare players for the more complex 6 on 6 game.
Training is offered twice a week and athletes can register to attend 1 or 2 days per week.
Spring Training Programs
If enough interest, we are planning to run a 13U tournament team starting after Spring Break to participate in the Volleyball BC 13U competitions. More details will be available in February and if interested, athletes participating in this 13U winter program can be considered for selection to the team.
