For athletes born in 2004 (14U)
This program is for the athlete who is looking for higher intensity training to prepare for beach tournaments and/or cross training for the indoor game.
- Must of played on an indoor club team
- Have experience playing beach volleyball at a competitive level (ie competed in tournaments)
Training will focus on skills and team training to help prepare athletes for beach tournaments. You can sign up with a partner or on your own.
Athletes should be prepared to participate in high intensity sessions and commit to the 2 training sessions per week.
Bring a water bottle and dress in layers to be prepared for all weather conditions as the program runs rain or shine (unless extreme weather i.e. lightning).
Sand socks are optional and can useful for very cold or hot sand conditions and may purchased from a volleyball supply store (Canuck Volleyball
or Volleyball Stuff

- A refund less $10 administration fee
- A credit for the full registration fee to apply towards a future camp
